Vaastu Tips for Child Growth
- It is recommended do not place Bonsai plants in house. It affects birth and growth of child.
- Child progress is important concern for every parent. For child education, the best direction is Northeast, second best direction will be Northwest and West side.
- The child should study facing East or North.
- A photo of Maa Sarasvati should be hanged on east or northeast wall of children’s room. A photo of rising son and/or sitting Lord Ganeshji will also help in concentration.
- Books should be kept in southwest direction. While studying student should have one or two books on the table. More books will create tension in the mind of student.
- The bed for sleeping should be near south wall, the head should be in south or southwest and feet In north and northwest.
- The north & northeast side is also good but this side is generally used for religious & philosophical pursuits by elders.
- The child’s room should be brightly lit with white light. Having sufficient Sunlight/natural light is important as it eliminates negative energies from the room. Negative energy tends to make a child feeling lethargic and dull, which will results in low performance. Sun is the rich source of positive energy, which will make child confident and achieve success in all his activities.
- Moreover, as per vaastu shastra, it is recommended to have window on one side of table and it should not behind the child’s chair.
- The study table should not be below Beam, Stairs or toilet. No mirror reflection should be on the table.
- The study table should be neat and clean, no clutter. Books should be kept separately in a shelf.
- The room should display certificates and trophies on the south wall. Color of the walls should be light, light green or light blue or cream. The furniture should be of solid wood.
