Well today, I am sharing my thoughts about personal time and why it is so important. And I wish, it will help you.  Time is a tool that can change everything. How can we get ourselves happy and calm by spending time? And relax our mind in every situation? I think everyone needs to read this article. Because the majority is suffering from overthinking and getting depressed over small things. So spending time with yourself or giving time to yourself, it will be valuable in your growth, inner peace, the sharpness of mind, and the main thing is it strengthens your bond with your soul. And it will soothe your mind, heart, and soul. To calm yourself we know many things like deep breathing, meditation, walking, drawing, painting, etc. But what actually these activities want to say? Straightforward, they are telling you to spend some time alone. Give precious time to you in this busy life.

What is personal time?

The real meaning of personal time is a conversation between you and your soul. Whenever you feel tired, exhausted, stressed, depressed this can definitely work. You just need some time to spend with yourself. It should give rest and recharge to your body and mind which they deserve.

So how does it work?

In a very simple way, you spend alone time with yourself where nobody is there and no disturbance. There is just you and your thoughts are available. And whatever the problem harasses you, you only need to settle your mind. Just keep in mind you have the power to untangle your mind. You do not need anyone. Many times you can feel calm after a walk. So you can go to the terrace, park, garden or just a corner where you feel comfortable and listen to songs. For some people, the song helps. Start a favorite playlist and take a walk in nature. Nature symbolizes greenery, trees, sun, stars, moon, rain, and air which is blowing up in the aura. Instead of listening to the song, listen, and feel the drops of wind and rain. And this is my personal experience that nature literally works to heal loneliness, stress, and relax your mind. It shatters your negative thoughts, changes your mood, reduces your anger, and gives you hope that a good time is on the way.  You should talk with yourself why you are so stressed about those things which will not have any effects on your life. There is no remorse in life, just lessons. And just believe in you. And most importantly faith in God because plans of God are always better than your dreams.  

Me First

And if the loneliness or exhausted mind continuously goes on with you. You should take more care of yourself. Keep in mind that you cannot pour from an empty cup, so take care of yourself. Self-care improves very much. Start writing your thoughts, it is very effective. Or you can read books, organize and clean up your room, workout, eat good and healthy food. I’m pretty much sure that it will give you happiness. You feel optimistic internally. And remember that you do not need to be productive and motivated all the time. Finding time to rest, play, chill, and sleep is key to a balanced life and feeling well.  In the end, I just want to tell you that lead with an open heart, forgive others, invest in yourself, and start self talk.
