Dos and Dont’s 

1. The Entrance main door should always be in the north, north-east, east, or west, as they are considered favorable.
2. Avoid having the main door in the south, south-west, north-west (north side), or south-east (east side) directions.
3. Space should be clutter free and furniture should not be sharp edged.
4. Arrange furniture in such a way that one can easily roam around.
5. Always face East, west, north while eating, Avoid the Southern direction.
6. Avoid kitchen directly under or above puja/prayer room.
7. Do not have kitchen directly under or above toilets.
8. Avoid kitchen directly under or above bedroom.
9. Do not place cooking gas burner or stove in front of kitchen’s entrance door.
10. Do not have kitchen door in any corners; place it in East, North or West wall.
11. Never face west while cooking as this leads to severe health problems to the family.
12. One should face towards east, north or north-east while praying.
13. There should not be any cabinet or slab above the God’s idol is placed.
14. A Puja room should never be made in a Bedroom or on a wall adjacent to the Bathroom wall.
15. Avoid any bedroom in the center of the home.
16. Person should not sleep with legs towards South as he will not have a sound sleep. There will be bad dreams, bad thoughts in the mind. Headaches or Brain illness will increase. One can face Migraine problems.
17. Bed placed in corners is not recommended.
18. Keep the South West heavy. This helps the elderly in managing house and ensures their importance in the house. It also keeps a check on their health, maintains peace and prosperity and prevents uninvited problems.
19. Keep kid’s Room Clutter Free and Properly Organized. Study Table should be clutter free in order to boosts concentration and Clean and organized ambiance is good for brain development.
20. Avoid mirror in kid’s room.
21. Never Build Toilet above or under Puja room and bedroom.
22. Avoid building Toilets in North-East, South-West Corners.
23. Never construct attached Toilets in South-East or South-West Corner.
24. Never store water or have taps in South-West or South-East.
25. Never Keep Dustbin in North-East corner of your home or office. This is a Tranquility zone & keeping a dustbin in north-east corner could drain your energy.
