Clutter is basically items that are unused and take up space in your home. Also useful items that are not placed in organized way will be considered clutter. Cluttered spaces or clutter in your drawers or cabinets affects you physically, mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually.

Make things organized. Place different size of containers to keep stuff accordingly, label them properly so that you can find your stuff easily whenever needed.

Unused items or broken or non-operational gadgets or electronic items should be removed As soon as possible. Electronic items that are old or damaged creates negative energy around the living space. These stuff takes space which can be used to place useful stuff.

How to Eliminate Clutter

It’s time to De-clutter your living spaces. Eliminate those things that are old, unimportant or no longer needed. This process for clearing clutter will help you create better environment which has positive energy flow and which will help you feel more productive and less stressed.

  1. Begin with small spaces like a drawer or small rack; these will not take much time to complete the task.
  2. Stay Focused, Complete one task at one time. Make lists like Things for Repair, To-Do List etc.
  3. Keeping in mind, Keep things separately in three groups as one is to give away, second is to throw away and third is to keep.
  4. Make sure you sort out your stuff accordingly and keep only those stuff that you want or need.
  5. Placing your selected items back in the drawer/rack/cabinet in an organized and easy to find way. As finding things one time is very important. While placing try to label boxes/containers, or even you can label drawers also, which will help you in finding stuff easily on time.
  6. After finishing this short process, you will experience the restrained energetic effect of clearing clutter.
  7. Now you don’t have to stop, move ahead to the next drawer and eventually to bigger tasks like closets. This way you can organize a full room and gradually whole house will become clutter-free.
  8. Keeping clutter under control is just as important as clearing it. Make sure you have a place for everything. Label everything. Moreover, after use put things back in the place where it belongs. This will save your time to de-clutter/organize your home again.
